Summary

The Sr. Help Desk Analyst will perform duties necessary to ensure that H. Beck’s technology systems are secure and running optimally. This role is responsible for providing technical support, consulting, reporting and training to H. Beck associates. The position requires the ability to independently prioritize work, anticipate needs and collaborate with internal and external business partners. The successful candidate should be able to ensure customer satisfaction in every step of problem resolution through answering Help Desk calls and emails for all software and hardware products. This person will also continue to grow their knowledge around IT to drive improvements and help introduce new technologies into the organization.
